With nearly 25 years of experience creating and delivering educational training across the Gulf, Middle East, UK, and USA, Eli brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He is a published author of several textbooks and has delivered professional development to thousands of educators.
Globally recognized for his insights, Eli is also a sought-after presenter and keynote speaker at English language learner conferences. His leadership ensures Copperstone's curriculum remains innovative and impactful.

As Director of School Operations, Azeezah Saheed provides crucial support to the executive leadership team in areas such as strategic planning, staffing, special project coordination, reporting, budget analysis, and customer care and support. Notably, Azeezah expertly manages all aspects of organizational planning for the Common Core Boot Camp, a key initiative organized by Copperstone.
A native of Lagos, Nigeria, and a graduate of the Yaba College of Technology, Azeezah honed her strong organizational, project management, and communication skills through early roles in the Nigerian government. Since moving to the United Arab Emirates in 2015 and transitioning to the education sector.
Azeezah has found a deep sense of purpose in Copperstone's mission to expand access to quality education, a passion instilled in her from a young age. Her meticulous approach and commitment are integral to Copperstone's operational success and impact.

Maneeza Khan is a scholar at Johns Hopkins University who achieved a perfect SAT score as a high school senior and has led Copperstone Education’s SAT Preparation Program for the past three years. With expert-level mastery of the SAT and ACT, she has successfully guided more than 50 students to scores between 1480 and 1600, with many earning admission to Ivy League and other top-ranked U.S. universities.
Maneeza is especially skilled at motivating and empowering students to achieve results they may not have believed were possible. She adapts her instruction to each learner’s needs, breaking down complex concepts and test-taking strategies into clear, manageable steps. Through personalized guidance, targeted practice, and confidence-building support, Maneeza helps students develop the knowledge, discipline, and self-belief needed to excel on exam day and beyond.
In addition to SAT and ACT, Maneeza supports students in IB Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology.

Jes'ka N.L. Washington is the founding MYP Principal and Deputy Head of School at Ntare Louisenlund International School, an IB MYP candidate Plus-STEM boarding school in Rwanda, and a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Lamar University. She also serves as Senior Exam Preparation Specialist at Copperstone Education, where she empowers students to achieve exceptional results on standardized examinations.
With more than 25 years of experience in education across the United States, the UAE, and East Africa, Jes'ka began her career as a mathematics curriculum specialist and instructional coach before serving as Vice President of Teaching, Learning and Assessment in Dubai. She is highly regarded for her expertise in standardized test preparation, IB Middle Years Programme instruction, and diagnostic assessment, using MAP Growth, standardized score data, and skill-level analytics to identify learning gaps and develop targeted, individualized instruction.
Jes'ka views exam preparation as a process of building lasting academic skills rather than simply increasing test scores. By combining official practice materials, data-driven instruction, and measurable learning goals, she helps students develop the critical thinking and confidence needed for long-term success. As a school leader and published author, she also provides valuable insight into the university admissions process.
